Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any way,
you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below:

1. All prices as listed in the commission form or on the price sheet itself serve as a guide only, and are subject to change depending on how complex the work is.2. You (and anyone else involved in the commission) must be over the age of 18 to commission art from me, SFW or NSFW - no exceptions will be made to this.3. While I prefer to have a specific prompt or direction to go in, it is not required! ‘Artistic freedom’ commissions are allowed, if that’s the route you’d like to go for your commission. For the prompt, I would prefer if you gave me a couple of keywords/kinks to give me an idea of what you like, but this isn't required. If your commission is selected, I will discuss ideas with you before beginning on your piece - just so I can be sure you like what I’ll be making for you.4. While not required, I highly encourage you to provide me with visual references, be it a reference sheet or an art featuring your character.5. When a written agreement is made via your preferred messaging service, an invoice will be sent. You can either pay 50% of the payment or upfront. All payments are paid in USD. Once payment is received, only then your slot in my queue will be secured. I’ll get in touch with you and begin working on your piece when i reach your spot. I generally aim to have things completed in around a week's time, but sometimes things may take longer due to personal circumstances - I will try to keep you in the loop regarding potential delays, should anything happen.6. You may request a work-in-progress (WIP) of your piece at any time. Otherwise, I will send you WIPs whenever I reach a new stage of the process (rough sketch, lineart/base colors, rendering, etc.)7. Once rendering has begun, no changes may be made unless it is a simple alteration (this is up to my discretion.) If significant changes (more than 20% of the image) are requested for the finished linework and base colors of a piece before rendering begins, an extra charge will be incurred - this must be paid upfront (non-negotiable.)8. The refund policy is as follows - if you wish to cancel your commission and be refunded before work begins on your piece, you will be refunded the full amount. If a refund is requested after work begins on your piece, the amount refunded will be calculated based on how much of the piece is completed. A refund may not be issued if I’ve begun rendering your piece.9. Upon completion of your piece, I will send a full resolution and smaller web version of your piece to you. The full resolution version is for personal use only and may not be shared publicly without my consent. You may share it privately/in small group chats, however. The web version may be posted to your social media accounts with proper credit.10. I reserve the right to use your commission for merchandise, printing, and promotional purposes both online and in person. I will get in contact with you before using your piece for merchandise or printing and will take your response into consideration before proceeding.11. Under no circumstances may any of my work be used, bought, or sold with cryptocurrencies or NFTs.
